Invest In Local Human Capital - Skills, Training, Knowledge
REACH Group is a national corporation that collaborates with key UAE working institutions in both the public and private sectors to align and promote Abu Dhabi’s 2030 Vision, including:
- Create training platforms and programs that will train 1500 UAE nationals for careers in the customer service and contact center industries.
- Introduce the notion of distant Business Services through local service centers in many verticals (employment, BPO, technology, and oil and gas sectors).
- Focus on places where UAE citizens excel, such as Al Ain, the Western Region, and the Northern Region.
This is executed in three phases:
- Al Ain phase one: 1,000 UAE nationals.
- Phase two: 200 UAE nationals from the Western area.
- Phase three: 300 UAE nationals from the northern area (Fujairah).
