With various difficulties involved in the hiring of staffs, the Pakistan Consulate is making sure to visit every company to meet the standard level of hiring procedures.
On behalf of Reach Employment Services, we would like to thank Mrs. Saulat Saqib, Welfare Counsellor/ Community Welfare Attaché for her visit to Reach – Dubai office for the continuous cooperation and support related to the hiring of the staffs from Pakistan.
The discussion involved various ways to tackle the difficulties for hiring, providing salaries, minimum salary in demand, on time monthly salary and benefits as per the law, etc. as per the Consulate approved demand letters and how Reach helps the staffs in their difficult times to deploy them to the right job as per their qualification.
Nevertheless, we thank the Pakistan Consulate and Mrs. Saulat Saqib for her visit and appreciate her trust and belief in Reach for a successful long term relation to hire qualified staffs from Pakistan.
